Inside Job
Finding the source of the problem is the first step to resolving your commercial water damage. In this case, the source of loss was a leaking pipe in another tenant's unit. The customer was able to contact the landlord to find out where the pipe was leaking. A technician was then called to inspect the damage. Luckily for this tenant, they called SERVPRO and we were able to respond within the hour. Technicians started extracting the excess water and began mitigation. The crews were able to work around the customer while they continued their operations, which minimized interruptions. Within three days, the office was successfully restored to its previous condition, which make our client very happy!
