SERVPRO Can Handle Unique Projects

When this customer called to say the basketball court in his basement flooded, the on-call technician was a little skeptical because most people do not have the height to put a basketball court in the lowest level of their home. When they arrived they saw that the sump pump had failed and water was coming up through the tiles. Fortunately, the crew was able to detach all of the flooring, while keeping it in order so that it could be easily reinstalled. Drying equipment was set to dry the walls and subfloor while the floor tiles were individually wiped down with antimicrobial. The customer was delighted that he could reuse his flooring and continue playing basketball so quickly.
