Beecher Fire Damage

Fire fighters will do whatever it takes to put a fire out. Unfortunately the water they use to put that fire out can spread to otherwise minimally affected rooms. That was the case in this home. While the adjacent room was thoroughly charred, this room looked unaffected to the untrained eye. Our crews were very thorough and detected moisture throughout the walls and flooring, so they had to be removed. The homeowner was relieved that SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton and Southern Lake Counties could take care of mitigating her home. She was very concerned about odor before the process started, but relaxed once demo was complete because the smell had all but disappeared.
