My parents were in need of a COVID house cleaning, and needed it done ASAP. Alan & Sarah gave us an affordable quote immediately, based on my parents' needs, and arranged for an expedited Saturday morning cleaning. Cleaning was thorough and the crew was professional. Alan and Sarah followed up with us after the cleaning; they and their crew were a blessing to our family.  

I had SERVPRO come to my house to clean my carpet in my living room. I was so happy with the living room, that I asked for them to come back to do my lower level and furniture. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

When I was selling my house, the buyer's agent insisted that we have all of the carpets cleaned before closing at the last minute. SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton and Southern Lake Counties was able to clean all of the carpets on very short notice. SERVPRO was also the least expensive of all the companies I contacted, not that you could tell with the high quality of work. I was out of state at the time and felt really secure that SERVPRO would treat my house like it was their home.

They did a great job cleaning our air ducts.  We will be calling them again.
