Can't say enough good things about SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton and Southern Lake Counties. They were able to get out the same day I called to check for water damage after a leak. They were efficient and friendly. My mind was set at ease after their visit. Would highly recommend them and will call them again if we ever need them.

This place is great. We had an immediate response to assess our situation. Extremely friendly and understanding over the phone. The service techs were real troopers too. We have an extremely shallow crawl and they didn't mind squeezing in and getting a little dirty.

A serious mold issue is a very scary experience! Staff handled the mold quickly and gave us peace of mind. They walked through the restoration with us and Lisa was outstanding! She was always available and listened to any concern as if it was her home. We consider her a good friend and very glad we met her! Carley the owner and Junior were such a blessing in their commitment to see the job done professionally and complete! A horrible situation turned into a beautiful new bathroom and new friends!
